Customer Success
Double Diamond Genetics, Inc. and Double Diamond Angus are proud to work with customers who work with us on embryo transfer and customers who purchase from our Angus operation. We wanted to have a whole page devoted to our customers and share in some of their experiences.

We invite you to read through their stories and encourage you to contact any of these individuals and ask them personally about their experiences with us before considering your purchase or beginning an embryos transfer program.

"We have had the pleasure to work with the Anderson Family since 2010. At that time our son was 9 years old and just beginning in the National Jr. Angus Association. The Anderson Family not only sold us two outstanding heifers that year, but the service and knowledge they have given our son and family is hard to put a price tag on. They were there every step of the way, offering advice on feeding, fitting, and breeding. They took time to show our young son how to fit on show day and gave him confidence in the show ring. We have continued to buy cattle and embryos from the Anderson's because their cattle and their program simply works! They stand behind their cattle and are dedicated in helping juniors become successful. The show heifers we purchased are now producing outstanding bred and owned cattle for both our kids. The Anderson's have a great cow herd and take care of their customers. They have made a positive impact on our kids and have given our family some great opportunities."

"We came to know Dr. Scott Anderson and his wife Cindy when we were looking to start doing some embryo transfer work some 25 years ago, and were told that a firm called Granada Genetics here in Indiana was one that we should look into. So we did, and at that time Dr. Anderson (Scott) was the vet on staff and he guided us through the process.

Granada closed its doors a few years later and Scott and Cindy started Double Diamond Genetics, Inc., whom we are still working with to this day. We appreciated how particular Scott is on his recipient selection and his high grading standard on the embryos he implants and freezes, we have housed donors in clinic and do quite a bit of on the farm embryo transfer. With Scott's help and expertise, we feel we have progressed and really moved our herd of Simmental cattle to a much higher level. Also, we have incorporated a very high quality group of Sim/Angus cattle to our program since the purchase of half of 0411 donor from Scott and Cindy's donor battery at Double Diamond Angus and a share in the exciting bull Northern Light. We are looking forward to what the future holds and will always cherish our business relationship and more importantly our friendship with the whole Anderson Family."

"Double Diamond Genetics, Inc. has done Wilson Cattle Company's ET work since 1991 for over the past 22 years. Obviously we would not still be a customer of Double Diamond if we were not satisfied with the results. Double Diamond Genetics, Inc. has transferred both fresh and frozen embryos for WCC with satisfactory results. In our annual production sale many of our top sellers are the result of our embryo transplant program. In addition, the majority of our show winners are the result of our embryo work.

One of the factors I like about our ET program is that it enables us to have several off spring from our top donor cows. This allows us to offer the best we produce to our customers and yet the ability to retain full sibs in our herd. Another advantage of ET is it allows us to use more than one sire on a donor each year. We normally collect each donor 3 to 4 time per year therefore; this system allows us to have calves sired by different bulls out of each donor thus spreading our risk. We also like the ability to freeze embryos so that we can plan calving dates best for our management and marketing program.
I would highly recommend Double Diamond Genetics, Inc. to perform your embryo transfer work."

"We've been buying cattle from the Anderson family for the last 5 years. I can honestly say that the cattle have more than paid for themselves. Two of the females are lead donors for us and a couple more are on the horizon. One of the donors, DDA Proven Queen 0817, has made a huge impact on our farm and was also a great show heifer. Our other star donor, DDA Barbara 0910, first calf sold for $15,000.

Double Diamond Genetics, Inc. does a terrific job with their clinic, from the bottom up. You have Kyle and Chase who feed, check heats, give shots, and even shear our donors for us when temperatures soar. Then you have Cindy, aka BOOKKEEPER, the pretty face of the corporation who sends bills and takes care of my inventory for me. Dr. Anderson is second to none on collections and transplanting. He always gives good advice on mineral management and also some feeding secrets. The last two years we have been at an average of 78% on conception rates. He gets booked up fast people, so you better get set up now!!!!"
